Everyone assemble! Marvel teams up with MCM London Comic Con!

It’s time to wield Thor’s mighty Mjolnir, don Spider-Man’s web shooters and put the date in your Black Panther Kimoyo Card, as MCM proudly announces that Marvel is coming to MCM London Comic Con this October!

The second MCM London Comic Con of 2017’s magnificent mix of sci-fi, film, TV, online video, comic book, gaming, anime and cosplay content will be excitingly enhanced by a brand new Marvel area with fan experiences and products galore!

Visitors will be able to explore the Marvel Universe with the latest super hero collectibles, toys and apparel, exclusive artwork and thrilling content.

“This news is bigger than the Hulk himself and a huge announcement for us at MCM,” said Josh Denham, event manager for MCM London Comic Con.

“When people think of Comic Con, they think ‘Marvel’ and our visitors have been waiting a long time for this kind of activation. We have so many awesome things which will be revealed by both Marvel and MCM in the coming months and we cannot wait to see the reaction!

“Our MCM Comic Con in May played host to an exciting line-up of guests and features that took the show by storm, and October’s edition is only going to be bigger and better. I’m excited and I know Marvel fans will be too.”

MCM London Comic Con in May closed its doors to a successful weekend of sun, super hero battles and 130,212 sci-fi fans, gamers, comic collectors, movie buffs and anime enthusiasts attending the three-day pop culture fest.

Headlining the scorching weekend extravaganza earlier this year was international action star and martial arts legend Donnie Yen (Hero, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Doctor Who companion Catherine Tate, star of popular new teen mystery drama Riverdale, KJ Apa, and Firefly cast members Summer Glau and Sean Maher from Joss Whedon’s much-loved sci-fi western and its film follow-up Serenity entertained visitors, among many other guests

With other show attractions including the bustling VidfestUK – the European event for fans of online video and web series, a packed roster of eSports tournaments; leading videogame publishers and anime distributors; an MCM Fringe Festival and, of course, hundreds of retailers and exhibitors, MCM asks you all to watch this space
